“I have lived at Thomas glen for a little over a year now, and the maintenance technician Darnell has always fixed my work orders on time, and is very easy going and personable. My car was recently broken into and he kindly knocked on my door to tell me after noticing a broken handle on the ground, I was able to work with local law enforcement to make a report. I have never had such a tentative maintenance technician who showed they cared about more than just doing their job and being done for the day. “I’ve lived here 12 years very very happy here except for the increase in rent. We started at 800 for at 1500 and when you’re on a fixed income that’s very expensive maintenance people are wonderful here. Can’t say much about office staff since they are new new the encounters had so far it’s been good. The rent needs to go down to 1000 a month or 1200 for the seniors who are on fixing Income and I’ve lived here.
